Traditional Japanese bathing is called a sentō which is essentially a communal bath house.
There is one room with a tall barrier to separate the men from the women

Another type is an onsen which is a public spring

Wheelchair movement is easiest on hard, stable flooring
Ramp slopes between 1:16 and 1:20
The minimal width for wheelchair passage at any point is 32”
60” of clear space is required for wheelchairs to make a 180 degree turn
Wheelchair eye level is 43-51"
Handrail minimum is 35-37"
No more than a 1/2" edge bump
